The 2-bedroom Alder Lodge we stayed at was like a cozy cabin straight out of a fairytale. With its wood-burning stove and flat-screen TV, it felt like a rustic haven mixed with modern comforts. The super-king bedroom made me feel like royalty, and the en-suite shower in the double bedroom was a luxurious touch. It truly was the perfect woodland retreat.

    Expensive gas charge.

The location of the lodge was great, with a beautiful view and a peaceful atmosphere.

the lack of towels provided was inconvenient and unexpected. It would have been helpful to know about these extra costs beforehand.

I loved the terrace and the brick-built barbecue, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the wood-burning stove made the lounge cozy. Glasgow Airport is conveniently close.

Oh, how delightful it was to have to bring my own towels! Just like in the good old days!

Recently stayed at a secluded and serene log cabin. Easy check-in and out with friendly staff. The guest information pack was helpful. The log fire added a cozy touch. The gas and electric costs were surprisingly affordable. Spotlessly clean cabin with top-notch amenities. A suggestion for a P.I.R. floodlight in the parking area. Family and friends would definitely love it.
